Sameday Appliances refurbished & Graded appliances standard warranty which will be issued to you on delivery is for 120 days from the delivery date this includes washing machines, condenser dryers, vented dryers, heat pump dryers, dishwashers, electric cookers, gas cookers. Extended warranties are available on request for a small monthly fee extend to 180 days for just £20.
Boxed graded new televisions are covered by a 12 month warranty from the delivery date. This does not include accidental damage. In the event of a fault the television will be replaced or a refund given if a replacement can not be provided.
Graded items/ Ex display washing machines, condenser dryers, heat pump dryers, dishwashers, electric cookers and gas cookers may sometimes come with a manufacturers warranty (Excluding Beko brands) in addition to your rights under the Sales of Goods Act. In some cases with graded unused new you'll receive a 1 year warranty covering all parts and labour, or in some instances, it may be extended to 2, 5 or even a whopping 10 years by the manufacturer. You may need to register to qualify for these promotions – please check with one of our team. But all appliances supplied by ourselves come with a minimum standard 120 days warranty so you can see your appliance works fully this applies to all refurbished washing machines, dishwashers, condenser dryers, heat pump dryers, vented dryers and cookers and 180 days for Ex - Display, Graded New or 28 day return graded washing machines, vented dryers, heat pump condenser dryers, standard condenser dryers and electric cookers / gas cookers.
Sameday Appliances always follow The Consumer Contracts Regulations which gives you a cancellation period that starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify Sameday Appliances that you'd like to cancel your order to return the goods to us at your own cost. Goods must be returned in the same condition as delivered free from cosmetic or mechanical damage other than those identified on sale and delivery. Mechanical failure through no fault of the customer will be accepted on inspection of returned goods and result in a full refund.
Please also note that our warranties only cover domestic use; items that are being used in commercial properties will not be covered without an additional charge. Washing machines, dishwashers, tumble dryers and cookers are supplied for domestic use unless otherwise stated on the warranty, the customer must notify Sameday Appliances of commercial use and pay the appropriate extra fees if agreed for commercial warranty cover.
