1. What areas do you deliver washing machines to ?

We deliver washing machines and other appliances within approximately a 25 mile raduis of Leicester.

2. How soon can you deliver the washing machine I have chosen and what is the delivery price ?

We can deliver & install your washing machine within our 25 mile raduis of Leicester Sameday for £16.99 to £29.99 depending on the day area and time slot or next day for £14.99 to £19.99 depending on the area and time slot we can also take away & recycle your old washing machine for free. Installation is always a free service you dont have to lift a finger 🙂

Orders for same day washing machine delivery must be placed by 12 noon. But its always worth asking after 12 noon as we may be able to squeeze you in depending on our schedule and the day, time & your location, we will try our best if you can't wait for next day delivery.

3. What delivery times do you have for washing machine delivery in the 25 mile radius of Leicester ?

We can deliver your washing machine in the 25 mile raduis of Leicester from 8am to 9pm Monday to Sunday subject to availability of our time slots and your area but will endeavour to get the appliance to you before 9pm.

4. How do I make payment of my chosen washing machine ?

Payment of your washing machine is always after delivery & installation we prefer you to inspect your chosen washing machine before making payment by cash / card / PayPal or bank transfer. Then once you're happy with your washing machine you can make payment.

5. Are the washing machines checked and cleaned before delivery ?

All our washing machines are fully checked and cleaned including a steam clean before delivery. Your washing machine is put through many tests and checks before delivery including a drum clean. Your washing machine has a further final short cycle test 30 minutes before dispatch.

6. What warranty cover is provided on the washing machine once delivered in Leicester / Leicestershire ?

Your washing machine comes with a standard 4 month (Refurbished) 6 month (Graded) warranty which is given to you at the same time as your invoice after payment.

For longer term warranties we recommend using extended warranty cover a few weeks before our warranty comes to an end, great offers exist online from as little as £3.50 per month for washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers & cookers a simple Google search "appliance extended warranty" will list the best deals online where individual or all household appliances can be covered for a small monthly fee.

We highly recommend investigating this type of insurance cover for all appliances new graded or refurbished as any appliance brand new, graded or refurbished can develop a fault before its life span comes to an end

7. What is the area / size required to install a washing machine

The standard size required of a washing machine / washer dryer or tumble dryer is 59.5 cm wide the depth can vary but usually no deeper than 60cm and maximum height is around 85cm. Different models kg sizes and makes can vary but nearly all fall within these measurements.

For succesful installation of your washing machine to take place you will need a working cold water connection for a washing machine, a waste attachment for the waste pipe to connect to or a waste pipe to allow the waste to drain into. You will also need a plug socket. We cannot install your washer if you don't have the following and it would be up to yourself to arrange for installation once you have rectified the missing components for a succesful installation to take place.

Regarding dryers if you are opting for a vented dryer a vent hole is required in your wall or some people do use the window. Otherwise a condenser dryer is to be used.

If housing your tumble dryer in a cold arear e.g unheated garage then especially in winter months only a timer dryer will work correctly as sensor dryers only work properly in a heated home.
