Privacy & optional statistics
Same Day Appliances uses information you give us to answer enquiries, agree orders, arrange delivery and deal with after-sales requests.
Enquiries and orders
If you contact us, we may need your name, contact details, delivery address, appliance reference and the information relevant to your enquiry or warranty claim. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information. Order and after-sales records are retained as needed to fulfil the order, handle claims and meet legal obligations.
WhatsApp and phone links
A WhatsApp link opens WhatsApp, operated by Meta. Your message is governed by that service's privacy terms as well as our use of the information to deal with your request. Clicking a link is not proof a message was sent or an order placed. The postcode checker, where provided, calculates delivery information in your browser; it is not included in our visitor statistics.
Optional website statistics
Statistics are off until you choose “Accept statistics”. You can decline or withdraw permission using “Statistics privacy settings” at the bottom of the page. Your choice is stored locally in your browser.
With permission, we count page visits, appliance-section views, menu clicks, WhatsApp clicks and phone-link clicks. Our own reports store daily aggregate counts by page and section, not names, messages, query strings or persistent visitor identifiers. Aggregates are retained for up to one year. Reports are accessible only to the owner through the private desktop manager.
Hosting and security
GoDaddy hosts this website and database. Hosting, communication and payment providers may process technical data such as IP addresses and security logs to deliver their services. These are separate from our aggregate visitor reports. We do not publish customer messages or addresses in stock galleries.
Your information
You can ask about access, correction, deletion or objections relating to personal information, subject to applicable legal requirements. Contact Same Day Appliances on 07854 220051 or WhatsApp. You may also raise a privacy complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
